This contract for the product and services of Venture Photo Booth for the engagement described above between the undersigned purchaser, herein called "Purchaser", and the Venture Photo Booth company herein called Venture.

A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 of the total package amount must be paid to Venture to confirm the date listed above. The total package amount must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event. If payment is not received on time the booking will be deemed canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If the date, time, or venue of the event changes please contact Venture immediately. Venture will accommodate changes if possible.

Venture is not responsible for any damages incurred by the "Purchaser" in the event that the Photo Booth is unable because of sickness, weather conditions, accidents enroute to the specified engagement, riot, Acts of God or any other reasonable events that may detain the Venture.

In the event that the "Purchaser" breaches any terms of this agreement, the full amount of this contract is immediately due and payable. "Purchaser" hereby releases Venture, from any liability or claim of injury or damages, which may be made by any person, for any reason whatsoever, and which claim or claims arise from the terms of or performances under this agreement.

"Purchaser" shall assume all liability and responsibility in the attraction complying with all ordinances and regulations of the municipality and/or county in which the attraction is presented.

"Purchaser" in signing this contract himself/herself, or having same signed by his representative, acknowledges his/her authority to do so and hereby assumes liability for the amount stated herein.

The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the written terms of this contract comprise the entire agreement between the parties, and that no party has relied upon promises or representations not contained herein.
